Or counting: &#8220;How many windows does that building have?&#8221; etc. Be creative. <br /><br />3. Finally, try to stop paying attention to your body. Listening out of danger signs of panic can actually make the situation worse. There is nothing to be afraid of, so when experience a slightly unusual feeling, try to simply accept it and let it go.
